From the 10th-16th May, Mental Health Awareness week was marked in the UK. This year's theme was nature and the aim was to get people to connect with the natural world. This theme has been chosen this year due to the well known benefits of spending time outside, especially in green (woods, fields, trees etc) or blue spaces (sea, sky etc). Please continue to follow these links for some lovely ideas for you and your children. We enjoyed getting outside lots throughout the week at school too!
